We can also speak to rebuild conditions and provide consulting on specific process improvements. There is no job to big or to small for us to take on. We can help bring your PM program up to date while establishing a long term plan for production assets. We also have extensive experience in quality certification with ball bar & laser services available.

Our Story
Founded in 2018 by Marty Vogel and Jacob Fontaine, the company was built on more than 45 years of combined industry experience. Their depth of knowledge, practical expertise, and commitment to dependable service have shaped a business focused on quality work, clear communication, and lasting client relationships.
Our mission is to provide established companies with the resources they need to operate more efficiently and continue to succeed. We accomplish this often through 24-hour emergency response time, this often leads into other services such as: rebuild management, preventive maintenance (PM) program auditing and optimization, rough-to-finish process consulting, and technician development through comprehensive training programs.
We also partner with our clients to strengthen their predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, helping improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support the demands of daily operations. We utilize Renishaw calibration tools for these services to provide for maintenance planning and high precision CNC quality.
Today, we continue to build the company with a hands-on approach, combining proven experience with a forward-thinking perspective to deliver reliable solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. By building long-term partnerships and providing practical, results-driven support, they remain committed to helping manufacturers maximize performance and achieve lasting success.
